The base of your motorhome is covered by Mercedes-Benz. You are covered by a 3 year, unlimited mileage warranty (terms and conditions apply, please refer to the chassis manufacturers handbook for details). 

Mobilovan UK
MobiloVan UK keeps the Mercedes-Benz Van Owner On The Road For Thirty Years - Mercedes vans first registered after 1st October 2012. To benefit from MobiloVan UK, the owner must have the van regularly serviced by a Mercedes-Benz service partner. Even if it is a used van or a service has been missed, with each new service the van is automatically entitled to MobiloVan UK cover again, for up to 30 years.

MobiloVan UK also offers special mobility services in the event of a workshop visit arising from a warranty claim or goodwill gesture during the first three years after the van was initially registered.
 
Europe-Wide
MobiloVan UK cover applies throughout Europe even in a remote lane in Spain. Wherever there is a road, MobiloVan UK cover applies. A Europe-wide network of approximately 3,000 authorised Mercedes-Benz service partners makes this possible. And should it take a little longer to repair the vehicle, the owner can keep on the move thanks to the wide-ranging MobiloVan UK mobility services.

Technical Breakdowns Or Starting Problems
For three years after the initial registration of a Mercedes van, MobiloVan 

UK will keep it on the move in the event of a technical breakdown or starting problems. Subsequently the mobility guarantee is extended after each service by an authorised Mercedes-Benz service partner – up to maximum of 30 years.

Minor Mishaps Or Driver Error
For three years after the initial registration of a Mercedes-Benz van MobiloVan UK will cover the following:

• Wrong fuel or out of fuel
• Lost or locked keys
• Two or more flat tires
• Road traffic accident
• Vandalism and attempted theft

Workshop Visits For Warranty Repairs Of Over Two Hours
In the case of warranty claims or goodwill gestures in the 3 years following first registration of a Mercedes van the owner will be entitled to MobiloVan UK mobility services if the repair work exceeds 2 hours.
 

All motorhomes first registered in the UK and purchased from a UK Peugeot Approved Manufacturer benefit from a Peugeot 3 Year unlimited mileage warranty and an 3 year paint guarantee provided by the Peugeot Dealer Network in the UK.

This additional warranty carries a mileage limit of 100,000 miles from first registration and is dependent upon the manufacturer’s recommended servicing being carried out at the specified time or distance intervals. For full terms and conditions, please consult your Peugeot Dealer in the UK.

All Auto-Sleepers Peugeot Motorhomes registered in the UK from the 1st of September 2017 now come with 3 year’s European roadside assistance.

Fiat provides a manufacturer’s warranty for the base vehicle (as supplied to Auto-Sleepers) for a period of two years. For any issues with the base vehicle please contact your local Fiat dealer.

Your base vehicle warranty is subject to the terms and conditions contained in the respective chassis manufacturers’ service literature. Your vehicle must be serviced in accordance with the chassis manufacturer’s requirements.

The base of your Campervan is covered by Ford. You are covered by a 3 year or 100,000 miles warranty, distance limit applies after the first year (terms and conditions apply, please refer to the chassis manufacturers handbook for details).

Ford UK & European Roadside Assistance

Every new Ford passenger car and commercial vehicle comes with 12 months free Ford Assistance, a roadside rescue, repair, and recovery service that helps you at home or anywhere in Europe, seven days a week, 365 days a year. If your vehicle breaks down, simply call Ford Assistance on 0800 111234 in the UK or 00800 88776611 in any European country and Ford will get someone out to you as fast as they can. you’ll receive:

• Friendly, skilled roadside help in the UK and Europe
• Assistance if you break down at home
• Alternative transport, replacement vehicle or overnight accommodation if your car can’t be repaired on the spot
• Recovery including caravans and trailers
• Ford Roadside Assistance†† is available 24 hours a day, all year round with just one phone call.

If your vehicle breaks down, simply call them and they’ll get someone out to you as fast as they can. If they’re unable to fix the problem there and then, they can help you in other ways such as providing a replacement vehicle, organising costs for alternative travel to your destination or even covering hotel accommodation for you and your passengers. If you break down in Europe and they’re unable to fix your vehicle, they can arrange for it to be sent to one UK address (for example: home, work, or a Ford dealer). Ford Service Assistance is available 24 hours a day, all year round, with just one phone call, wherever you are in Europe.

You can also renew this cover on completion of a Ford Scheduled Service or Convenience Check at a participating Ford Dealer. That means you’ll receive UK & European Roadside Assistance valid from the date of service for 12 months, or until the next service is due, whichever comes first.

Ford Service Activated Assistance is one of the many benefits from Ford Service, alongside our free Ford Video Check with all service and repair work, to our all-new Express Service, where two technicians will carry out a service on your vehicle in one hour – all of which can be conveniently booked via our Online Service Booking tool.

Ford Service Assistance is available at participating dealers only for Ford cars and commercial vehicles regardless of age or mileage and is valid from the date of service for 12 months, or until the next service is due, whichever comes first.
