Last week, we were able to combine a 'short break’ at Moreton in Marsh with the need for our 1st Habitation Service on our 2017 Broadway FB at your Service Centre in Willersey. From my first e-mail correspondence with Carole Appleton and then with Mark Burdett, we have experienced nothing other than efficiency and politeness. Indeed, we cannot speak highly enough of both members of staff along with Richard, the technician who serviced our motorhome. On arriving at the C&MC site at Moreton on Wednesday following our visit to your Service Centre on Tuesday, I discovered - due to poor tv reception at the site thus having to use the C&MC tv connection - that there was a ‘problem’! No signal was being picked up. Another e-mail to Mr Burdett and in not time at all it was arranged that the motorhome was to be back at the Service Centre by Friday morning and the problem rectified in minutes. The technician who resolved that problem was also very efficient and polite - I’m sorry, but I did not catch his name. Last Summer, we parted ways with 39 years of caravanning, the majority spent is Mr Jim Hobbs’ Coachman Caravans. Believing that we would never get such a high quality ‘van' nor its comparable ‘customer care’, our visit to Willersey confirmed for us both that Auto Sleeper - both its product and staff - are equally as good if not better! We have already booked our next Habitation Service with Mr Mark Burdett for September 2019!
Just to say a huge belated thank you, to you, the team and the wonderful technician ( Richard?) for mending our motorhome. It’s a huge reassurance being able to bring it back to the factory, as the knowledge, experience and level of customer service is really second to none. I am always confident that issues and niggles are understood and resolvable, which isn’t necessarily the case when I take the vehicle elsewhere. It’s fair to say that if it hadn’t been for the help from Willersey we’d be looking for an alternative brand next time round!
I would just like to thank you again to Mark in the service centre for all this help concerning the film tint for my rear door on my Warwick Duo , he arrived early and soon had us on our way. He is always very helpful.
I would like to thank the Auto-Sleeper service department for the excellent work carried out on our Kemerton. You've no idea how reassuring it is to feel that the work is being carried out by experts, who know all that there is to know about my vehicle. Your professionalism and knowledge is a real comfort. Our thanks go to Mark for the warranty discussions, action to resolve and the outstanding service. Again thank you once again.
Please accept our sincere thanks for the excellent response to resolve the issue with our Winchcombe "Herc the Merc" today. Karen and the lads in the workshop attended to the issue with the usual prompt, friendly and pleasant service. They are great ambassadors and a credit to Auto-Sleeper.
